Emersson was born to a humble family in the early 90’s in Táchira, Venezuela. Upon finishing high school, Emersson embarked on a path to studying Agronomy at university. Within two years, however, he realized that this was not his path. Tattooing captured his attention and he bought his first tattoo machine. He began tattooing his friends for fun.

Tattooing had become so enthralling for Emersson that he threw himself into his work and became an apprentice of Joshua Gómez at Ötzis Tattoo Studio for two years. After that time, he moved to Caracas City to adapt and develop his art study with other artists at Axel Lopez’s “La Galería Tattoo Studio”, and credits Joshua and Axel as a major influence in his artistic evolution. 5 years later, Emersson and his good friend Allen Brunn started a new studio called Loyalty Tattoo Studio.

In the four years following the inception of Loyalty Tattoo Studio Emersson has attended worldwide conventions with locales including Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, China, Panamá, Colombia, Aruba, México, and Brazil. He has garnered many first place wins in realism and color.

Emersson’s favorite tattoo styles are oriental, neotraditional, realism, and surrealism. It is his belief that the variety of these selected styles have helped him evolve his own personal method in tattooing. He is constantly testing new products to try and find the most comfortable and fluid tattooing experience to complement and make his art better. In 2021 his colleagues Darwin Enriquez and Zhimpa Moreno invited him as a resident artist at Inknation Tattoo Studio.
